What this site collects
When you submit the contact form, the site collects the information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, real estate interests, and message. The site may also process a short-lived, one-way technical identifier to prevent repeated spam submissions. It does not store your raw IP address for this purpose.
How information is used
Your information is used to respond to your inquiry, communicate about requested real estate services, maintain a record of the request, protect the form from abuse, and monitor whether the notification was delivered successfully.
Where information is processed
Form submissions are processed through Cloudflare infrastructure and stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. A notification is sent to the designated site owner so the inquiry can receive a response. Information is not sold or used for unrelated advertising.
Analytics and cookies
The site may use Cloudflare's privacy-focused traffic and performance analytics. Cloudflare states that its Web Analytics service is designed without cross-site tracking. The website does not currently use advertising cookies.
Retention and your choices
Inquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, business records, security, and legal obligations. You may ask to review or delete an inquiry by emailing jordandunning@kw.com.
