I start with how you want to live, then build the search around the areas and homes that fit. We’ll look at financing, cash to close, monthly costs, and timing together so there are fewer surprises later.
In the desert, the details behind the photos matter. Cooling systems, roof condition, windows and shade, pools, solar agreements, landscaping, drainage, and community rules can all affect comfort and cost.
I’ll help you ask the right questions and bring in the right licensed professionals, so you can make a decision based on more than the listing photos.
Price is only one part of an offer. Timing, contingencies, financing, and the seller’s priorities can shape the whole negotiation. I’ll explain each choice and stay close through inspection, appraisal, and closing.
